Refund policy
We have a 14-day return for store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Gabrielle New York does not offer refunds for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. Items received with stains, rips, smells, and other damages will not be accepted. If we inspect the item and detect it to have been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. In that case we will ask you to provide a return label for the item to be shipped back to you, or we will keep the item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is received in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, we will email you a gift card to Gabrielle New York or code to our site for the full price of the item(s) returned. Please note return shipping is free, but original shipping costs [if applicable] are not included in store credit.

Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to be eligible for an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. Items received with stains, rips, smell, and other damages will not be accepted. If we inspect the item and detect it to have been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.In that case we will ask you to provide a return label for the item to be shipped back to you, or we will keep the item.
The simplest way to exchange an item is to simply return the item following the process above and use your store credit to reorder the item(s).
The fastest way to receive the item(s) you want is to contact us at gabriellenewyork.shop@gmail.com to start a return. Then place an order for the new item(s). When your return is approved email us with your original order number, new order number and list the item(s) you are exchanging. Then place an order for the new item(s). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange , and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Defects and Issues
We inspect all items individually for damages before packing and shipping. Integrity is very important to us, we would never knowingly send you a defect item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items labeled "Final Sale". Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returned to Sender and Lost Orders
Please ensure that your address is typed correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost due to an incorrect or invalid address and do not issue refunds or replacements in these cases. We also do not issue refunds or replacements for orders stolen after being delivered, as we have no control over that event. In the event of a stolen or lost package you would have to file a claim with USPS or UPS. If you are concerned about your package being stolen or have a history of missing packages we recommended the Signature Upon Delivery option at check out.
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered we will issue you a refund. The shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
By completing a purchase you are agreeing to our full return policy.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items received with stains, rips, smell, and other damages will not be accepted.
